Support and FAQ

Photo Print Size · Print settings and purchase help

How do I print at actual size?

Choose the same paper size selected in the app. In print settings, select “Actual Size” or “100%” and turn off “Fit to Page” or equivalent scaling. Setting names vary by PDF app and printer driver.

You can print at home or use a PDF-capable print shop. Before printing, confirm the service accepts your PDF and selected paper size, and check its print settings.

How do I check the 100 mm ruler?

Export the separate test-ruler PDF for the selected paper size in the app. The vertical line is 100 mm. The horizontal line is 100 mm on A4, Letter, A5, and 5×7; 90 mm on 4×6; and 70 mm on L size (Japan). Each nominal line length is printed on the page. Print at 100%, turn off page fitting, and measure the line lengths shown with a physical ruler. Printer, driver, and PDF app settings can affect output; results apply only to the tested printer and workflow.

How do I select paper or crop a photo?

Choose the paper size before previewing. Fit keeps the full image and can leave blank space. Fill covers the frame and crops the image; adjust the crop position in the editor. The photo is not stretched.

How do I restore a purchase?

Tap “Restore Purchases” in Settings or on the unlock screen and use the Apple Account used for the purchase. Apple processes purchases and entitlements through StoreKit. If restore does not work, contact support; do not email payment credentials or receipts.

How do I clear drafts or contact support?

In the app, open Settings, choose “Clear Drafts,” and confirm. This removes local layouts and photo copies but does not delete photo-library originals. Email moonwfa@icloud.com with your device model, iOS version, and steps to reproduce the issue. Please do not attach photos or private PDFs.
